Understanding our policies will ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for you. These terms and conditions apply to all users (including regular browsers) whether the registration process has been completed or not. By using this site, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, as well as any other terms, guidelines, or rules that apply to any section of this site, without limitation or exception.
Copyright
All content and compilations found on this website, including graphics, logos, images, data, and photos, are exclusively owned by Wiweka Site. However, we do have assets with public use rights and commercial use rights for which we own the necessary permissions at Wiweka Development.
Commercial Use
The properties provided on this site are not for commercial use. You may not copy, display, reproduce, publish, create derivative works, or sell any content or products within Wiweka Development. You are prohibited from using my content for any advertising use/commercial use on your own site.
Physical Product Ordering
You can submit product orders to Wiweka Development by completing the required details on the order summary page. All prices are reflected in IDR and include VAT where applicable, excluding shipping and handling charges. I am under no obligation to accept your order, but will usually do so if the product is available, the order reflects the current price and will be subject to future price changes for subscription products. Make sure you check your order before confirming it. You cannot add more items AFTER CHECKOUT. I cannot modify/add products for you.
Order ID is a random digit reference number that will be generated after you submit your order. You need your Order ID to confirm payment and to check the status of your order.
Do I need to create an account to shop at Wiweka Development?
Yes, you need to register an account to checkout your order. This will not only make it easier for you to place orders but also give you more benefits such as access to member-only articles, member-only e-books, member-only discussions, receiving newsletters, updates and special offers from me. It is important that you provide me with current, detailed, and accurate information on your account. You can create an account first, or you can start shopping straight away and set up your account later when you proceed to checkout, in whatever way you feel comfortable. Just follow the easy steps that appear on the screen.
Order Acceptance
We will notify you of my acceptance of your order by email as soon as I receive it and at that time a binding agreement between me will come into effect on these terms and conditions. If I do not receive your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and my acceptance of it (or if additional shipping charges apply), I will email you to notify you of the change. You must then resubmit your order.
Order Status
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details if your order is successfully placed. If you do not receive any email confirmation, please check your spam/junk filter or contact me to confirm. Please log in to your account to view your order history, status and updated tracking information.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
I cannot cancel or change your order, so please review your order before confirming. Once payment is received, I cannot cancel your order as it is final and has been processed for shipping.
Payment terms
Payment via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal is acceptable for orders via this site. For standard shipping, we will charge your account for payment at the time the order is shipped for delivery to you. I take great care to ensure that orders and transactions are made via secure links. Because I am not responsible for the operation of secure links, I will not, unless I am negligent, be liable for any losses you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any information you provide through such links. If the product is not available for any reason after I receive your order, I will notify you. I will not charge you for this product and will refund the amount paid (if any). Orders are final once payment is made. It is recommended to keep proof of your transactions, just in case. If payment has not been made within 1 x 24 hours, your order will be automatically canceled, and you will have to resubmit your order. You will be sent an invoice email once your payment has been successfully processed. Maximum 1 day after you make payment.
Delivery
For virtual and digital products, you can view and download directly in the member area after you complete the payment.
For physical products, we ship worldwide using courier services from Bali, Indonesia. When placing an order, please consider that we will ship orders from Monday to Friday at 17:00. Payment confirmations received after 17.00 or on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next working day. I will send you the items you purchased after I receive confirmation of your payment. Please note that I cannot ship if there is a problem with payment. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Return
I have a strict NO RETURN policy as I perform elaborate quality controls on all my products before shipping them to my customers.
Website Development
By using website development services, you have read and agreed to my Terms & Conditions. For this reason, please read carefully all the web development terms and conditions.
- Wiweka Development does not offer services for the development of websites that engage in pornography, phishing, scams, spamming, illegal business practices, illicit substances, gambling, fraudulent activities, racism or that include any material infringing on National or International Copyright will be rejected.
- Wiweka Development reserve the right to end our partnership if it is later discovered that your website has breached the conditions mentioned in point number 1.
- Clients must supply the access and login information for the Domain and Hosting Panels, as website development does not encompass domain and hosting services. If you would like assistance in procuring domains and hosting, please make a request, and note that there will be additional charges as previously agreed upon.
- Once the project fee is paid in full to Wiweka Development, any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to us for inclusion on the website are owned by Clients. These elements include menu design (homepage, about us, services, portfolio, etc.). If you want me to help in providing material, whether it’s images or website copywriting, then there is an additional fee that has been previously agreed. All data should be sent to the project dashboard or via email.
- Wiweka Development assumes that Client has obtained permission from the rightful owner to use any images or design elements that are provided for inclusion on the website. Wiweka Development will not be held responsible and will not be held liable for any claims or lawsuits resulting from the use of such elements. Wiweka Development will take measures to protect itself from any such claims or lawsuits.
- Design Brief / Outlines: It is the client’s responsibility to provide a comprehensive design brief before the initial design stage begins. If the brief lacks guidelines or direction and the initial design mock-ups do not meet the client’s requirements, requesting a new design will be treated as a separate design project and will require the standard design fees to be paid in advance.
- Revisions within 7 days of the website preview are available. If within 7 days no revisions are submitted then I consider the work to be appropriate.
- Ecommerce: If the website being developed is an Online Store type, I will only help upload 2 products in each product category and a maximum of 10 products in total. There is an additional fee if all my products are uploaded.
- Features: I strictly adhere to the features defined within our initial contract and do not supply extra website functionalities beyond this. Hence, I recommend that all your desired features be communicated to me beforehand. If you, as the website owner, decide to incorporate additional features or upgrades later, these will incur extra charges in line with our agreement.
- Project payments are made twice, with a 50% down payment to start the project and the remainder after the project is declared complete.
- Software Updates: It is recommended that you install important software updates, such as those related to security, to ensure the ongoing security of your website. These updates are not included in the proposal unless otherwise stated or if you have an annual software update plan in place. There will be additional charges for these updates. The decision to install these updates is up to you, but in some cases, they may be required by the hosting company to reduce security risks. If you do not install these updates, it could lead to the suspension of your website for security purposes in extreme cases.
- Termination: Where a project is initiated (and the initial deposit is paid in full and any interim payment(s) are also made) and the project is terminated prior to completion, Wiweka Development reserves the right to charge fully for the work undertaken at my full rate.
- Refund: There is no money-back guarantee as long as we comply with all terms and conditions; unless it is our fault then further discussions will be held. Otherwise, if within the specified time (as agreed) we have not been able to provide a website preview then you have the right to ask for a refund, cancel the website project or make another complaint to me. A Preview website will be created after all content is provided.
- Dispute: Wiweka Development are not responsible for any dispute arises between you as the website owner and your website visitors, customers or clients.
All these Webiste Development terms and conditions are binding between Wiweka Development (the product/service provider) and Clients (the product/service user or website owner).

- Confidentiality Commitment: Wiweka Development does not sell or share databases. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of any data received and will not use it for purposes other than those previously stated. We will implement all necessary steps to prevent changes, losses, unauthorized access, or interventions to your personal data or numbers used for messaging.
- Personal Information: We do not sell or share your personal identification information (such as your mobile number or email) with other businesses for commercial or marketing use in any form.
Messaging and Number Blocking
- Risk of Blockage: While it is not within Wiweka Development’s power to provide an absolute guarantee that your connected number will never be blocked by official companies, we are fully committed to ensuring your success. We are more than willing to offer valuable recommendations and strategies to help you minimize the risk associated with this situation. Here are a few suggestions we have for you:
- Use Instant Messaging numbers that are not only older than 30 days but have also been used before.
- Participating in activities that closely resemble human actions, like responding to messages, preserving contact information, becoming part of groups, sharing pictures, scanning QR codes on personal computers, completing profile information, and engaging in similar tasks within Instant Messaging apps.
- Preventing the transmission of spam, bulk messages, or unwanted messages to recipients.
- Ensuring that recipients provide informed consent before receiving automated messages through instant messaging.
- Please note that there is a higher risk of sending more than 500 messages per hour.
- To ensure effective communication, it is crucial to avoid sending messages that are completely identical to multiple recipients.
- Blocked Numbers: Wiweka Development is under no obligation to replace any blocked numbers.
Usage Rules and Restrictions
- Acceptable Usage Policy: All Chatbot AI users must adhere to this acceptable usage policy. Violating this policy may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.
- Forbidden Actions:
- Sending spam or mass messages not desired by the recipient.
- Using material that you have not created or that violates copyright or third-party rights, including text, images, video, and audio.
- Sending deceptive or unjustified information.
- Represent that output was human-generated when it was not.
- Sending text or multimedia messages containing obscene language, threats, incitement to violence, racist acts, oppression, pornography, harassment, or any behavior that attacks general welfare and acceptable conduct. Violation of these rules will subject you to appropriate legal procedures and immediate removal from the system.
- Accessing our services, systems, or website without authorization is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to bypass our protective measures, safety mitigations, or rate limits are forbidden. Additionally, interfering with our services, servers, computers, or databases is not permitted. We also prohibit reverse engineering or decompiling our source code or underlying components.
- User Representation: You represent that you are over 18 years old and fully capable and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Service Provision: Wiweka Development reserves the right to refuse service, close any user account, and change eligibility requirements at any time.
Service Conditions
Please read these conditions carefully. By using our services, you agree to this provision.
- Service Description: Wiweka Development provides instant messaging service powered by AI through the URLs: wiweka.dev and chatbot.web.id as well as its subdomains, allowing you to manage Instant Messaging messages by synchronizing your system with ours. Message exchanges are initiated when acceptance is registered on the Wiweka Development server.
- Payment Scope: Your payment covers the use of our platform, hardware, and software resources. The messaging service itself is free.
- Indemnification: By agreeing to this, you release Wiweka Development from any liability or responsibility for damages, losses, expenses, or debts that may arise from any breaches of our Terms and Conditions, acceptable usage rules, restrictions, or any infringements of third-party rights, such as copyrights, property rights, or privacy rights.
- Termination: Either Wiweka Development or you can terminate this agreement at any time, with or without notice. We can suspend your services anytime, with or without reason. If we cancel your account without cause, we will issue a partial or full refund of your prepaid fees. We will not refund or return money if the termination is due to a violation of our rules and restrictions.
- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for losses due to lost or hacked passwords. We cannot access your actual password and can only reset it for security reasons.
- Platform Misuse: You are accountable for all losses that may arise from the improper use of the Wiweka Development platform..
- Legal Actions: You consent to indemnify Wiweka Development, including covering attorneys’ fees, for any consequences arising from unauthorized or prohibited actions outlined in our service legal documents, or from any third-party complaints related to your password usage.
- Force majeure: Wiweka Development will not be responsible for delays or damage to the service caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to legal or regulatory changes, Third party or Instant Messaging rule changes, embargoes, wars, terrorist acts, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, floods, strikes, power outages, volcanic activity, severe weather conditions, and hacking or third-party service provider issues.
- Sponsorship Disclaimer: We want to make it clear that Wiweka Development is not sponsored or supported by any third-party or instant messaging company. Third-party or instant messaging is a patented multi-platform service provided by the instant messaging company itself.
- Terms Of Updates: As we continue to update our services, the legal provisions may also be updated. If you do not agree with these changes, do not continue to use our services. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the new terms.
- Service Reliability: Wiweka Development cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Affiliate Partnerships
Violation of the provisions below will result in termination of your Account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to be part of this program.
- You have to be human. Accounts registered with external automation methods are not permitted.
- You must provide your legal name, valid email address, and other requested information to complete the registration process.
- Your login can only be used by one person – one login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Wiweka Development cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
- You are responsible for all Content posted and activities that occur under your account.
- One person or legal entity may not have more than one account.
- You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in any Indonesian jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- You may not use the Affiliate Program to earn money from your own Wiweka Development product account.
Links/Images for Affiliate Promotion
Once you register for the Affiliate Program, you will be given a unique Affiliate Code. You are permitted to place links, banners, or other images we provide with your Affiliate Code on your site, in your emails, or in other communications. We will provide you with guidelines, link styles, and graphic artwork to use in linking to Wiweka Development. We may change the design of artwork at any time without notice, but we will not change image dimensions without proper notice.
To allow for accurate tracking, reporting and accumulation of affiliate commissions, we will provide you with a special link format to use in all links between your site and Wiweka Development. You must ensure that any links between your site and Wiweka Development use these specific link formats correctly. Links to Wiweka Development that are placed on your site in accordance with this Agreement and that properly use such special link format are referred to as “Special Links”. You will earn affiliate commissions only in connection with sales of Wiweka Development products that occur directly through Special Links; we will not be liable to you in connection with any failure by you or someone you refer to use a Special Link or incorrectly type your Affiliate Code, including to the extent that such failure may result in a reduction in the amount otherwise payable to you under these Terms.
Affiliate Commissions And Payouts
In order for a Product sale to qualify for an affiliate commission, a customer must click on a Special Link from your promotion tools, email or other communication to Wiweka Development and complete an order during that session.
We will only pay commission for links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We will not pay commission if someone says they purchased or someone says they entered a referral code if it is not tracked by our system. We may only pay commissions for transactions generated via properly formatted special links that are tracked automatically by our system.
We reserve the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal or overly aggressive sales or marketing methods. Payouts only start once you earn more than the minimum payout in affiliate income. If your affiliate account never passes the minimum payout threshold, your commissions will not be realized or paid out. We are only responsible for paying out accounts that have passed the minimum payout threshold.
Identifying Yourself As a Wiweka Development Affiliate
You may not make any statements regarding your participation in the Program as such action may result in your termination from the Affiliate Program. Additionally, you may not in any way describe or embellish the relationship between me and you, say for example you say you have developed our product, say you are part of Wiweka Development or express or imply any relationship or affiliation between us and you or anyone other entities or entities except as expressly permitted by this Agreement (including by stating or implying that we endorse, sponsor, endorse, or donate money to a charity or other cause).
You may not purchase products through your affiliate links for your own use. Such purchases may result (at our sole discretion) in the withholding of referral fees and/or termination of this Agreement.
Affiliate Commission Payment Schedule
As long as your current affiliate earnings exceed the minimum payout, you will be paid every month. If you haven’t earned the minimum payment since your last payment, we’ll pay you the following month after you pass the minimum payment threshold.
Definition of Affiliate Customer
Customers who purchase products through this Program will be considered our customers. Therefore, all of our rules, policies and operating procedures regarding customer orders, customer service and product sales will apply to such customers. We may change operational policies and procedures. For example, we will determine the prices to be charged for products sold under this Program in accordance with our own pricing policies. Product prices and availability may change from time to time. Because price changes may affect Products you have listed on your site, you should not display product prices on your site. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the availability or price of any particular product.
Affiliate Responsibilities
You will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your site and for all materials appearing on your site. For example, you will be solely responsible for:
- Technical operations of your site and all related equipment
- Ensure that the display of Special Links or Tracking on your site or promotional tools does not violate any agreement between you and any third party (including but not limited to any restrictions or terms provided to you by the third party hosting your site).
- The accuracy, correctness and suitability of the materials posted on your site (including, among other things, all Product-related materials and any information you include in or associated with Special Links)
- Ensure that materials posted on your site do not infringe or violate the rights of any third party (including, for example, copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights).
- Ensure that material posted on your site is not libelous or illegal.
- Ensure that your site accurately and adequately discloses, whether through a privacy policy or otherwise, how you collect, use, store and disclose data collected from visitors, including, if applicable, that third parties (including advertisers) may serve content and/ or advertising and collect information directly from visitors and may place or recognize cookies on visitors’ browsers.
Legal Compliance for Affiliates
As a condition of your participation in the Program, you agree that while you are a Program participant, you will comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, judgments, decisions, or other requirements of any governmental authority. has jurisdiction over you, what the law is, etc. now applies or will later come into effect as long as you are a Program participant. Without limiting the foregoing obligations, you agree that as a condition of your participation in the Program, you will comply with all applicable laws governing marketing emails, including but not limited to other anti-spam laws.
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our receipt of your Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice of termination to the other party. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from your site, all links to Wiweka Development, and all of our trademarks, trade dress and logos, as well as all other materials provided by or on our name to you hereunder or in connection with the Program. Wiweka Development reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time. Upon termination of the program, Wiweka Development will pay all outstanding income earned above the minimum payment.
Relationship of Affiliated Parties
You and Wiweka Development are independent contractors, and there is no joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will not have the authority to make or accept any offer or statement on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or elsewhere, that reasonably conflicts with anything in this section.
Limitation of Affiliate Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (or loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising in connection with this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
Affiliate Disclaimer
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or implied warranties arising from course of performance, dealing, or usage of trade). Additionally, we do not warrant the operation of Wiweka Development will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruption or error.
Warranty Disclaimer
Wiweka.Dev reserves the right, at any time and on any grounds whatsoever, to alter or temporarily, or permanently discontinue any, in whole, or in part, features, and access to the Service, without informing you prior to. Wiweka.Dev shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage associated with an alteration or suspension of or interruption in access to the Service, the accuracy or inaccuracy of data, or your inability to access the Service, for any reason whatsoever.
Changes to these terms and conditions
Wiweka.Dev reserves the right to change, modify, change, update or discontinue the terms, conditions and notices under which this site is offered and the links, content, information, prices and other materials offered through this site at any time and from time to time without notice or further obligation to you except as may be provided herein.
We will try to notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, before the change becomes effective and update the “effective date” at the top of these Terms and Conditions.

Arbitration

The arbitrator’s award is binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
Miscellaneous Provisions
This Agreement will be governed by Indonesian law, without reference to regulations governing choice of law. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to such limitations, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to comply with any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
The failure of Wiweka Development to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wiweka Development and govern your use of the Service, superseding all prior agreements between you and Wiweka Development (including, but not limited to, prior versions of the Terms of Service).
