If you upgrade to the Pro or Agency license, you can use your own OpenAI API Key for unlimited messaging and monitor GPT-4o usage through your NewOaks dashboard with usage billed through OpenAI.

If you run out of chat credits, the bot will simply not reply to received messages until you add more credits to your account. The WhatsApp will still work as normal with your manual reply.

Reloading your chat credit is as simple as sending a message to the admin number with a specific format that looks like this: Reload#license#credit. The chatbot will then walk you through the process.

In Case 2, if you decide to work as an agency for Company-B, you’ll need to create a customized chatbot for them. Then, you’ll be in charge of giving support to those who have an Agency license, like yourself. You can set the price of the service as you wish, which lets you decide how much profit you make as an agency.

By providing these options, our system allows members to explore a variety of income streams tailored to their preferences.

I have implemented a secure license system to address any concerns regarding licenses that end users or clients may have. This system ensures that the license cannot be misused, as it can only be activated by the owner’s specific Gmail account and WhatsApp number. Rest assured, the license is securely locked to the owner’s email and contact details.

The agency cannot generate licenses, but can utilize the same email and license for unlimited WA numbers. Additionally, the spreadsheet can be shared with end user clients with editing access.

The Agency can restrict access to the OpenAI API through the NewOaks dashboard, allowing each client or end user to have a dedicated workspace with a limited number of tokens.
